Single-Stream recycling method requires very little effort, making it one of the easiest ways you can go green!

With this new recycling program, you no longer have to separate recyclable materials. Simply fill your blue cart and park it at the curb on collection day. Your recyclables are collected on your regular trash collection day, and all the sorting is done by Pratt Industries at its recycling facility.

All residents are provided a 65 gallon, blue recycling cart
Residents put all recyclable materials into the blue cart.
Recycling is collected every week on the same day as trash collection.

You'll be surprised how much of your household waste is recyclable. All types of paper and cardboard, including cereal boxes and telephone books, plastics, aluminum and steel cans are all recyclable products. Practically everything you would normally throw in the trash with the exception of food and bathroom waste is recyclable.
